- Customised Service Package: We offer service packages that suit your organization. Your organization can determine how your fleet of vehicles would be serviced and maintained. This will be done through our Direct Customer Care Link (DCCL) by assigning a Service Advisor and specific group of experts to your fleet of vehicles.
- Priority Services: Based on our relationship with your organization, we offer priority services that our regular ‘walk-in’ clients do not enjoy. With just a phone call, provisions and back- ups are made while the vehicle head towards our premises.
- Flexible payment terms: Based on our Service Level Agreement with you, we offer flexible payment terms that we believe would suit both your organization and ours. This implies that, your vehicle would be worked on and released to you whiles payments are made .on the agreed period.
- We provide pick-up and drop -off services in case your organisation is unable to visit our garage. With just a phone call, our staff would be assigned to pick up the vehicles for us to work and deliver the vehicles as soon as they are worked on.
- Quick Recovery services: In case of a break down in transit, a team of staff would be assigned to work on the vehicle.
- In the event of a returned job (a job that had already be done by our shop but had a challenge) we would ensure it is reviewed and worked on at no cost to your organisation. However, upon assessment and any other development is identified, it would be communicated to you for approval to complete the job.
- Periodic follow -ups and service prompts: To ensure your vehicle operates effectively, our Service Advisors would provide periodic follow ups and prompts to you to ensure your vehicles are in good conditions.
- Periodic safety checks and quality inspection at every workshop visit to ensure your vehicles are in good condition

- 6 mechanical work-bays all fitted with a 50-ton vehicle lifts (five 2-post and one-4 post lifts)
- Independent electrical work bay
- Independent air-condition work bay fitted with AC machine.
- A diagnostics lab with all-data software machine for interpretation of fault codes
- Latest versions of diagnostic scanners/machines
- Equipment for suspension, transmission and engine works
- A locally customized Auto Garage Management System (AGMS).
- A 40 - KVA standby Genset
- Body works shop with a spraying booth
